Sometimes I can never remember where this planet is.
Even worse what it's called. So...
On a hive on a remote world.
A destroyed colony...taken by the xenomorphs.
Contaminant on the supply ship, no doubt.
I suspected the company at first.
But if they knew what I know now. They wouldn't have sent a contaminant.

Routine hive infestation or something more...
We initially thought the xenomorph birthing process was violent.
What we discovered underground here on this planet proved it was not always so.
We have found the source of the xenomorphs. THIS PLANET may very well be their homeworld.

We have unearthed a cavern. What was there is now long gone, or so we thought.
Hundreds of pods with ...creatures inside them. Frozen. It had been like this for many centuries.
They looked like men and women, at first. As we studied the content we discovered they were nothing
close to being human. They were the perfect host for the xenomorph. They were able to bond with it.
It's likely these 2 species once lived as symbiotes, a very long time ago.

Now it seems their "better halves" have been causing damage throughout the galaxy at an alarming rate.
The xenocepts could be awoken. There is no telling if they can reason like us or are simply instinct driven
like their partners.

It worries me. This data I have obtained. I have locked myself inside the control room.
I can hear them. Moving all around me. But I will not let myself be afraid of something that can't feel.
It's not them. It's that no one will ever know about this place. About the xenocepts.
My comm. is down. For the second time. No one is coming back here. This discovery...
is lost.

I am alone. Alone with the answer. Please if anyone finds this... reuniting the species could be the answer.
